Marie Speziale is a member of the Cincinnati Symphony and serves on the faculty of the
College - Conservatory of Music of the University of Cincinnati, for whose brass choir this piece was originally
arranged. This concerto grosso is a showcase for the trumpet section, employing two E-flat trumpet parts along
with the usual brass choir trumpet section. This transcription is faithful to the original with all five movements
included.
