Claire de Lune
Claude Debussy
arr. John Schnell and David Maxwell

Cat.#30193
$12.00
|
This was the first in our new line of works for two trumpets and keyboard,
which was developed by Portland (Maine) Symphony principal trumpet John Schnell, and organist
David Maxwell. This beautiful setting of Debussy's delicate masterpiece is a mainstay of recital
programs for John's chamber group, Musica Tricinia.

Trumpet Tune
Henry Purcell
arr. John Schnell and David Maxwell

Cat.#30275
$12.00
|
This piece, as with other voluntaries from the Baroque era, was originally
written for keyboard. Scholars cannot agree as to whether Purcell, Clarke, Leveridge, or Purcell's
younger brother Daniel actually wrote this piece. More excellent concert and ceremonial fare from
this arranging duo.

Trumpet Voluntary (The Prince of Denmark's March)
Jeremiah Clarke
arr. John Schnell and David Maxwell

Cat.#30197

Perhaps the most versatile arrangement available of this standard for
concerts and ceremonies. Two complete organ scores are provided, one in Bb and one in D, giving
greater options for trumpet choices. The trumpet parts come with tasteful and stylish ornamentation
suggestions and a nice first trumpet descant in the final section.

Highly recommended, particularly for players who do wedding work.
